Together 2.1.6 Released

Together 2.1.6 is now available. This version fixes problems undoing changes when editing web archives, ensures suggested tags are sorted correctly, fixes a crash that could occur when generating icon previews for linked files and ensures newly imported items are sorted correctly when the item list is sorted by date or size.

Feeder 1.5.6 Released

Feeder 1.5.6 is now available. This version includes fixes and changes the behaviour of auto-complete, fixes a problem where folder icons could appear stretched when browsing a web server on Leopard and includes other minor fixes and improvements for reloading feeds and the servers window.

Together 2.1.5 Released

Together 2.1.5 is now available. This version introduces a number of improvements to the Shelf, includes the original URL when dragging text and images from web pages, allows smart quotes to be disabled when editing text, multiple tags to be removed in the tag browser.

This version also includes fixes a crash that could occur after previewing images, improves performance when deleting hundreds of items from the library and fixes problems renaming items case-sensitively and hiding file extensions.

Feeder 1.5.5 is now available. This version is updated for Apple's MobileMe, allows tags and artwork to be added to ringtone (m4r) files and includes some minor fixes with auto-complete and generated filenames.

Together 2.1.4 is available today. This version fixes a problem with AppleScript that could prevent Together from opening files dragged to its icon and quitting when shutting down your Mac, improves performance for hiding hundreds of items' file extensions, and fixes problems with image and Quick Look previews.

Feeder 1.5.4 is now available. This version adds support for Sparkle 1.5's minimum system version tag, adds automatic correction for manually entered PodTrac URLs, allows ports to be included in generated URLs for uploaded files and includes fixes and improvements for dragging enclosures, editing items and AppleScript support.

Together 2.1.2 Released

Together 2.1.2 is now available. This version includes new search capabilities so that Together will now match, for example, filenames that include some or all of the searched words (rather than the exact phrase) or multiple tag names. The query can also include boolean operators and wildcards.

This version also includes performance improvements for icon previews and copying tags to Spotlight comments, and fixes a number of minor issues related to embedding documents in notes, creating web content with Unicode characters in the URLs, tagging in the Shelf and AppleScript.

Together 2.1 Released

Together 2.1 is now available. This version introduces many new features such as .Mac sync, Favorites and Quick Look previews for its Shelf, saving web pages as PDFs and AppleScript support, plus improvements for Smart Groups, tagging, Spotlight integration, importing and a more customizable user interface.

Together 2.1 can now sync with .Mac, allowing members to access their library on multiple Macs. Together's Shelf, a system-wide library browser that lives on the side of the screen, includes a new Favorites section for quick access to items and can now show Quick Look previews of items. Together's innovative tag browser includes more control for system tags and the Library can be customized with a choice of icons sizes for items and groups and custom group icons.

Version 2.1 makes importing easier with a global import hot key and web browser bookmarklets, and it can import tags from files' Spotlight comments. Also, Together can now show options when importing, so items can be tagged, rated, and labelled without leaving the current application.

Together 2.1 also adds the ability to generate PDF files from web pages which, unlike those created through printing, retain the original page's appearance with background images and no pagination.

Together requires Mac OS X 10.5 or later, and is available as a 15-day trial that can be unlocked upon purchase.

This version is a free upgrade for registered 2.x users. A full license costs $39 and upgrades from KIT 1.x are $14.95. Education and bulk discounts are also available.
